When can I expect my order to arrive? 
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Occasionally some items may be backordered. If this is the case we will notify you with the option to keep or cancel your order. 
 
 
What is your return policy? 
We currently have a no return policy unless you receive the wrong item. This includes wrong sizes. Be sure to contact with any size related questions before making a purchase. Other returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 25%-30% restocking fee. S/H charges are non-refundable.
 
What payment methods do you accept?

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Shipping and handling are calculated based on delivery address. You will be able to view carrier methods and rates before placing your order. Items shipping separately from your order will ship best way.
 
Is there tax on my order?
Some products are taxable to Tennessee residents and shipments going to TN. If an item is taxable, it will show the total tax during checkout.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the U.S. only.
 
I have questions. Can I call you?
Due to limited staff, and so that we can process orders as quickly as possible, we currently do all our customer service via email. However, you will find that most inquiries are answered very quickly, usually in less than 24 hours.
